I've made this webpage to help others create webpages.

If you are just starting out then I think Geocities, AngelFire or Fortunecity are best as they have the easiest homebuilders to use. For some reason, lots of people like to just use notepad and html. Ive found using the homebuilders makes it easier to learn html and you can see how your webpage is looking straight away.

Java is also very cool and with faster machines its becoming increasingly popular. Check out some of my favourite java places... most have cut n paste java as do many homebuilder pages.
